WITCHES will be in the spotlight at the Cruck Cottage this weekend.

The next event in their folklore series is ‘Witches in Fact and Fiction’ on Saturday, 10 am-3 pm.

Discover stories of witches in the local area, traditional folk tales, herbal remedies and cures from folklore, artefacts to protect the home from witches, and have a bit of fun mixing up a potion with colour changes, fizzes and pops.

It’s free entry, but donations to support the cottage would be much appreciated.
