A £40,000 Range Rover has been stolen from Dumfries.

The metallic blue Overfinch Range Rover, registration M99 HTW, was taken from Albany Place, Nunholm Road sometime overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
And it appears that the home of the vehicle’s owner was also broken into at the same time.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the area during the early hours of Wednesday.
In particular, they are keen to trace two males who were seen acting suspiciously in the Nunholm Road area at around 1.30 am, and who may have been with a silver or white coloured car.
Detective Constable Martin Lumsden said: “We are dealing here with the theft of a high end quality motor vehicle which may well have been targeted for stealing.
“We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in or around the Albany Lane area over the past few days.”
Police at Dumfries can be contacted through 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously, on 0800 555 111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org
